How It Works

1. Fill out the form below with each recipient’s name, birthdate, and card choice.
2. About 2–3 weeks before each birthday, you’ll receive a ready-to-send card in the mail.
3. Sign it, stamp it, and pop it in the mailbox—right on time.
4. At the end of the year, we’ll send you 3 fresh card options in the same style to choose from for next year.

Card Descriptions
All cards are blank inside and printed on 100lb heavyweight card stock. Offset printed and foil stamped. 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Printed by Red Cap Cards in Los Angeles, California, USA, on recycled paper.
