How It Works

1. Fill out the form below with each recipient’s name, birthdate, and card choice.
2. About 2–3 weeks before each birthday, you’ll receive a ready-to-send card in the mail.
3. Sign it, stamp it, and pop it in the mailbox—right on time.
4. At the end of the year, we’ll send you 3 fresh card options in the same style to choose from for next year.

Card Descriptions
All cards are blank inside and printed on 100lb heavyweight card stock. Offset printed. 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Illustrated by Jon Klassen. Printed by Red Cap Cards in Los Angeles, California, USA, on recycled paper.
